The prefabricated house »Futura« is the most prominent model of the company »HEBA«, which was located in the Hunsrück town of Simmern from 1966-1973. The kit perfectly reproduces the details of the modern residential building from the seventies. Incl. Interior walls, various floor coverings, garden terrace with stone floor and planting column with plants. Prepared for installation of interior lighting.
