In Schönebeck, the Progress engineers tried from the beginning to design the ZT 300 series flexibly and to prepare it with auxiliary drive and hydraulic system for various attachments. This resulted in prototypes with rear mounted excavators and / or front loaders, which should prove the extensive range of applications of the series. In order to get at the urgently needed foreign exchange, the export was particularly stimulated. To this end, cooperation agreements were concluded with growers such as Huber in Austria, Baas in Germany and Macmoter in Italy. This is how the first individual pieces were created in the prototype construction of the Traktorenwerk Schönebeck. These individual pieces were provided with a certificate and sold - mass production with these attachments were not provided.
