Busch 8890 Prefabricated building under construction

WBS 70 is the German abbreviation of »Wohnungsbauserie 70» which was a type of residential building in slab construction in the GDR in the 1970s. The standardized slab elements were made of concrete and produced by housing construction combines. The WBS 70 series allowed the rational and variable construction of living space. Many of these residential building ensembles are still in use today, and some are even listed buildings. The Busch prefabricated building series consists of the main building in standard storey height which can be individually extended by one or several separate storeys. Great add-ons are matching furnishing sets for the apartments with figures and scenes from real life. Kit for a ground floor under construction.
